1. Our prices are based on multiple factors including congestion charge, ULEZ charge (£30), labour service, diesel, lifting, distance, number of workers, amount of items being moved, weight of items, parking, flights of stairs, additional labour (such as assembling), parking metre.

2. Last minute availability cannot be guaranteed as we are a small team and spaces can fill up quickly for same-day bookings.

3. The price can change according to additional items that were not originally stated in the quotation enquiry.

4. Failure of payment will be prosecuted (All Prosecution charges will be charged to the customer).

5. We reserve the right to refuse or stop the services at any stage of the job subject to the behaviour of the customer).

6. Parking suspension dispensation is the customers' responsibility if we get clamped or fined during loading & unloading, which will be included in final invoice.

7. It is the customers' responsibility to make payment for storage every 4th weekly 10 days in advance.

8. Service will only be base-to-base (Delivery will be at the nearest place in the property as we are not responsible to organize the flat or house). Our lifting service includes room rearrangement but not our removals/man and van service.

9. Any cancellation of job, on the day, by the customer will be invoiced 25% of the total cost of job & no deposit will be refunded.

10. No damage will be compensated for if we have not provided a full packing and wrapping service by our own staff, or self loaded.

11. All Customers should have their own content/home insurance for own goods and property at both ends. The company will not be responsible for any damage of goods/property while handling, packing unpacking, dismantling/reassembling inside the premises at both ends.

12. In the event of damage, our own representative will assess the value of the damaged goods or property, as all goods inside the property will be considered 2nd hand or used only restoration or repair will be done if agreed, even antiques.
